Once you have been provisioned with access to your Red Canary portal, you can easily invite others to administer and respond to threats on the portal as well.

Log into your portal and click Administration then Users & Roles.

In the box at the top right of the screen, enter the email address of the person you want to invite and click Invite.

It’s that simple! Once your users have accepted your invitation, you will want to assign roles to each individual. IMPORTANT: Users without assigned roles do not have portal access. They need at least one role to log in and simply accepting an invitation does not garner any roles. 

Upon accepting their new invitation, users will receive an automated email containing all KB articles within our getting started guide.
