Changes

• In eBPF Telemetry, the mountpoint is now also prepended to the exe and current working directory paths. This is the same behavior as the audit telemetry.
  
  
• Telemetry/health uploads now have a dynamic timeout based on file size with a target of at least 256 KB/s.

Resolved Issues

• The command line argument truncation in eBPF telemetry used to truncate too much; it now leaves exactly 16KB worth of data untruncated.
  
  

• Reporting times in eBPF telemetry no longer drift forward in time.
