A user normally receives one a daily summary email (Subject: [ATTN 55 items] [subdomain name] Daily update for February 6th) but this morning they received the same one 6 times.
Red Canary uses a third party to deliver email from the Red Canary system. There are times where it is unclear whether an email was successfully delivered via that system.
For example, if the email sending service is having some kind of issue, they may provide unclear status on the success or failure of email delivery. This can happen sporadically.
Red Canary prioritizes ensuring you have received email communication in these situations and, unfortunately, that means our system will resend if we aren't confident the email was delivered successfully. These situations should be infrequent.
