Resolved issues

• Debian package file names delivered via the portal download links now follow the Debian naming policy. You can now add these files to your internal repositories without renaming them, which was required in past versions.
• Previously, failed attempts to connect with Amazon S3 or to our Enterprise Networking offload server weren’t limited and caused degraded performance. Now, endpoints that repeatedly fail to connect are temporarily placed in Safe Mode, which prevents this issue.
