I am need to reset my 2FA to access my Crowdstrike instance.
If you need to have your 2FA token reset -- whether it's because your existing 2FA application has fallen out of sync, or you have received a new device -- there are two ways you can reset your 2FA.
- Self-service: You can initiate this yourself from your User Profile. This would be useful if you know you are changing to a different device or 2FA application with which you will be generating 2FA tokens. Getting a new phone? This is the route to go.
- Administrator assistance: If you are unable to initiate this yourself from your User Profile because your existing 2FA token is not working, you will need to work with a Falcon Host user within your organization who holds an Administrator role. For security reasons, CrowdStrike Support will not reset your 2FA for you via a Support request. What we can do with a Support case is help put you in contact with a user in your organization with an Administrator role so they can reach out to you to assist directly.
