We have a single User that has multiple phone numbers (i.e Cell Phone, Business Phone) that we would like to be listed on our Red Canary Company Profile page > My Security Protocols section. Is this possible?
The Red Canary Company Profile > My Security Protocols section provides a list of Users and phone numbers that can be contacted in case of an emergency. As specified on the My Security Protocols section: "This call tree is only used in exceptional/critical circumstances."
Each User that is selected for this list will have a single email and phone number associated with it. The User accounts can only have a single phone number assigned to them.
If you need to have multiple phone numbers for the same contact, the best course of action would be to create a Service User Account or an Alias User account with a different phone number.
For example, create one User profile John.Doe@mycompany.com and assign the User's cell phone to that User profile. Then, create a Service or Alias account John.Doe+RCServiceAccount@mycompany.com and assign the User's business phone number to that account. Finally, select each of these Users on the "My security protocols" page.
