We will be migrating our endpoints from the on-premises version of Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security, to the Worry-Free Business Security Services cloud platform over the next few days.
I wanted to make sure that the VMware Carbon Black Response won’t be triggered or won’t interfere with this process. The process requires the Trend Micro agent to migrate to the cloud platform and install an agent upgrade. It likely requires a reboot after migration as well, but I’m not worried about that step.
Do we need to proactively make any changes in Carbon Black in order to prevent any disruption to our migration efforts?

You should not have any problems migrating to the Trend Micro cloud platform. Since the Carbon Black Response agent is only set to record data and send telemetry, it should not interfere with this process.
