I created some file activity monitors in Red Canary. I was able to view the results of these activity monitors a few days ago, however, I am unable to access the page altogether now.
If a user created an overly expansive activity monitor, this may result in component failure. When creating file activity monitors, it is best to look for changes in very specific file paths as opposed to a broad monitor i.e. looking for changes with all .dll's in all paths. Please create a support request in order to resolve this issue.
