We are not receiving emails from Red Canary.
There are a few places we recommend checking on your end for emails sent by Red Canary.
- Verify that emails are not in your Spam/Junk folder.
- Have your email administrator verify that there are no issues with emails being accepted from Red Canary. You can reference your Getting Help page for information on what domains/ip addresses to add to your allow list if needed.
- This also includes checking products such as Proofpoint or similar email gateway products that may be preventing emails from being fully delivered to the intended recipient.
