To acknowledge that a trigger occurred, you can set up a playbook in Automate to call a list of numbers sequentially until answered. 

Create a new playbook and click the + Add Action button

Choose Call Phone Numbers within the list of options

List the phone numbers you would like to call; be sure to separate each number with a comma, and use the following format:

+18001230001, +18001230002, +18001230003, ...

Insert the message you would like to be notified in the Message box as well.
